01 — Modular Buildings
Ten standard systems, each with a different balance of transport efficiency, reuse cycles and on-site labour. Specifications below are typical configurations and are adjusted to your loading, climate and local code requirements at drawing stage.

Modules can be delivered shell-only or outfitted in the factory before loading. Outfitting is quoted line by line against your drawings so that voltage, plug types, plumbing standards and interior finishes match the destination market. Site-specific items such as foundations and utility connections remain in the local contractor's scope, and we supply the setting-out and connection details required.
Wall panels, roof cassettes and frames are cut, insulated and pre-assembled in the workshop, then delivered as a numbered pack. Site work is limited to foundation, craning and connection — which is what keeps programme times short and quality consistent.
02 — Metal Ceilings & Facades
Roll-formed and press-formed aluminium ceiling and cladding systems for airports, transport hubs, retail, offices, healthcare and hospitality interiors — with the suspension components, trims and perimeter details supplied as one system. Basic dimensions below are customary for these systems; final parameters are confirmed per project and manufacturer.
U-profile, A-profile, bullet, water-drop, O-profile (sky-curve) and 7-baffle profiles — long directional lines with easy service access and an acoustic infill option.
B, C, F, G, H, R, S and V plank profiles — the wide-faced long-strip system with a choice of open or closed joint and a flush linear-light option.
Flat modular panels in a concealed clip-in carrier — a clean monolithic plane that stays fully demountable, in plain or perforated faces.

Applications
Capability and application categories we regularly quote and supply. Each category has its own priorities — and each drives a different structural, insulation and outfitting specification.
Contractors need usable office space before permanent facilities exist. We specify daylight, acoustic separation and power capacity for meeting rooms, document stores and server corners, then group units into linked blocks with corridors and stairs.
Workforce welfare is judged on beds per unit, hot water, ventilation and cleanability. Wet rooms, kitchens and locker blocks are pre-plumbed and lined in the factory so that only local connections remain, and layouts are checked against occupancy rules for the destination.
Modular healthcare facilities need wipe-clean surfaces, sealed junctions, reliable power and controlled airflow. Expandable and slide-folding units suit consulting and treatment rooms because they arrive substantially finished and can be commissioned quickly.
Guest-facing units are held to a higher finish and acoustic standard than site cabins. We specify insulation, en-suite modules, external cladding and lighting so that rooms feel permanent while remaining relocatable assets on the balance sheet.
Retail operators need a repeatable, brand-consistent unit that can be rolled out across sites. Shopfronts, serving hatches, counters, signage zones and three-phase power are built into one approved drawing set and repeated for each order.
The small buildings that keep a site operating are usually ordered late and needed fast. Guardhouses with all-round glazing, toilet and shower blocks, and secure tool and material stores are supplied as standard configurations to shorten lead time.

We work with a shortlist of factories in the Foshan region that we visit and assess, rather than re-brokering whichever workshop is cheapest that month. Production stays with 16+ engineers across our partner factories.
Every order is checked against the approved drawings and the agreed scope before loading. The inspection record and photographs are issued to you, so acceptance is based on evidence rather than assurance.
Nothing is cut or coated until you have signed off the drawing revision, the material schedule and the finish. Later changes are handled as a formal revision with the cost and schedule impact stated up front.
One engineer-led contact carries your project from enquiry through drawings, production, loading and after-sales. You never have to re-explain the specification to a new department.
